What is the cut-off date for delivery by Christmas?
To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place it by the dates below:
- UK Express Shipping: Order by midnight 22nd December
- UK Click and Collect by DPD Pickup: Order by midnight 21st December
- UK Standard Shipping (includes Highlands and Islands): Order by midnight 18th December

Any orders placed between 1st November and 24th December can be returned for a refund or exchange until 10th January. Any orders placed after 24th December will be subject to our usual 14-day returns policy.

How do I care for my Pocher models after Christmas?
We recommend keeping your premium model kit in one of our luxury display cases, where it will be safe from damage, dust and dirt. We offer bundle options on our website, so that you can get the display case at a reduced rate when you buy the model kit of your choice.
Other than that, a quick wipe with a damp cloth every now and then will keep your kit in great condition.
